ForWind Managing Director Dr. Stephan Barth took part in the panel discussion on international research cooperation on energy innovations at the BMWE’s 2nd Energy Research Conference. Under the motto “Energy innovations for competitiveness and resilience”, the 2nd Energy Research Conference of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy took place on 11 and 12 November 2025 at the Futurium in Berlin. Around 300 experts from science, innovative companies and trade associations came together over the two days to discuss current developments and future priorities in energy research. Among other things, the relaunch of the real-world laboratories of the energy transition was discussed, as were topics relating to research transfer and research funding in various formats.
Stephan Barth was able to draw on ForWind’s many years of diverse experience to contribute to international research cooperation. We have been cooperating at international level with various organizations and international partner institutes for years and a large number of our research projects have been carried out together with international partners.
